Best Practice Journal in Legco

Best Practice Journal in Legco
On June 28th, the LegCo Panel on Economic Development discussed Competition Law, and Best Practice was required reading. The article made the case that competition law could only be implemented with a legitimately elected administration as well as - it's most important point - that the root of competition problems in Hong Kong is the Government.

Others picked up on the article cited, "Competition Law - Why Hong Kong is Different," and further disseminated the piece around the blogosphere. To read that issue of Best Practice, click here.
